2904K/2905K Panorama Top: The new Robbins 2904K/2905K Panorama Top is named for its large plastic rear window. To put it in numeric terms, the window is 22% larger than that of our 2904/2905 vinyl top. It's made with rain-guard piping sewn above the door glass, to reduce water sheeting into vehicle during entry and exit in wet weather. It also includes the same PVC piping design detail around the rear window as used in Robbins premium BMW 3-Series and Mercedes R107 SL convertible tops. Still a one-piece design, its smooth lines mirror those of the current OEM Miata soft top.
This quality top is an excellent choice for the particular car owner, as well as cars with roll bars that hinder a glass window tops.
Available in premium Haartz Stayfast cloth. (Not offered in vinyl). |

IMPORTANT: B-Pillar Retainers shown below are original equipment for 1991-2005 MX5 Miata. Models manufatured through 1990 may not have been originally equipped with them; however, must be updated to include them. Failure to use these retainers will result with abrasion damage, which our warranty does not cover. (Always re-install them when replacing a top).

NOTICE, Regarding 1990-97 MX5 Miata Heater/Defogger: Mazda OEM Three Wire Connector (Dealer Part # N007-67-060A) is required in order to use our tops with Heated Glass on *1990-97 models. This three wire connector is available at Mazda dealers in the U.S. for approximately $165.00.
*1990 models are not wired for defogger, therefore the three wire connector cannot be used. Any attempt to wire these vehicles to power the heated glass should be performed by an automotive wiring professional. Many 1991-95 models are not equipped with a dedicated defogger switch.

| MX5 Miata Defogger WARNING: If vehicle is not equipped with a dedicated defogger switch, the heater/defogger grid is automatically activated when the fan switch is turned on. To avoid damage to top or area behind seats DO NOT turn on Fan, Heater, or Air Conditioner when top is lowered. |
